Please note that the product originally reviewed is no longer for sale, so I found some other great planners for you to choose from.
I’ve got to tell you that I never used to be a planner BC (before children). I actually shunned lists of any kind. Of course, that was way back when I didn’t have kids who stole brain cells, so my memory like a steel trap. Now, with five pregnancies and four births under my belt, and a LOT less brain-cells in my head, I can hardly remember anything. If I go to the store, I MUST have a list, or I come home with everything EXCEPT what I went out for in the first place. If I have a deadline or appointment, I MUST write it down on a calendar or planner, or I will completely forget it. (Seriously. If I could tell you how many times doctor offices have called to ask when I’d like to reschedule…Oy!) So, in the past 13 years, lists and planners have become my friends.
For the most part, I have used real, hold it in my hands planners, or simple print-out-a-page-as-I-go calendars. But now that people are coming up with such amazing digital planners, we have more of a choice. Check out below for some wonderful options!
If you’re like me and never wanted planners before but NEED them now, you’ve gotta check these out. If you’ve always been a planner addict, you’ve gotta check these out. 😉
It is fully customizable. You can add multiple children, tons of classes, and enter lesson plans or honestly whatever you want to. It’s SO customizable that it doesn’t even have to be used as a Homeschooling Planner. If you want to know the truth, I am going to use it as a Blog Planner. 😉
My absolute favorite feature is the date input – if you enter the first date of the week, the rest of the dates auto-fill. Pretty ingenious!
It’s also really cute and can be used in pretty much any spreadsheet program.
Alecia knows what it’s like to be a homeschooling mama who’s strapped for cash, so she keeps the cost low – just five bucks. PLUS, for my readers who check out the planner before July 31, and use this code: REVIEW1, you can get it for $3.50, instead of the full $5. What a deal!
