Welcome to Grace & Truth Week 11! Spring has officially sprung, but in some states, like mine, it’s playing freeze tag (literally!) with Winter! Here in Indiana, we’ve had gorgeous days followed by freezing days with sleet, snow and hail. Indiana just can’t make up her mind!

This week, I chose Dr Michelle’s post “Our Heart’s Desire.”
I love up-close and personal posts, in which the author gives us a true glimpse of her heart, her deep pain, and lets us share that with her. I love knowing how to specifically pray for someone’s needs as well. Dr Michelle does that with her post.
Having now just exposed not only my most heart-felt desire, but also my greatest flaw and biggest insecurity, I glanced through my tears at this group of women listening to me. They didn’t laugh or stare or gawk. They prayed and confirmed they wanted it for me too.
My heart quickened as one shared with me a verse the Lord laid on her heart for me:
“How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news,
who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings,
who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, ‘Your God reigns!’”
Isaiah 52:7 NIV
Beautiful indeed!!

About Jenn: I’m a Christian wife to an amazing man (since 1998) and a stay-at-home-teaching mom to four special & incredible boys (born in 2004, 2005, 2007, & 2009). I’m messy and cluttered, but working on that (really, I am!).
