I even forgot to put in the baking soda, and it still turned out great. 🙂
Oh, and I didn’t have the full amount of King Arthur’s flour so I subbed the rest (about 1/2 a cup) w/ Bob’s Red Mill all-purpose GF flour.
Instead of the usual chocolate chips, I used 1/3 milk chocolate chips, 1/3 semi-sweet chips, and 1/3 white chocolate chips.
An absolute hit with the boys!
I put the remaining dough in a bread-loaf pan and made a Birthday Cookie Cake for Jace tomorrow. 🙂
