My first Menu Plan Monday! I have tried to make menus over and over and over again. It’s really hard with children who have sensory issues and special needs, which both cause major food problems! I decided that I will just make the menu and stick to it, whether or not the kids decide to eat the meals.
Sunday – Easter dinner at Mom’s house! Ham, cheesy scalloped potatoes, green beans, salad, deviled eggs, jello salad, carrot cupcakes.
Monday – Crock Pot Parmesan Honey Pork Roast, sweet peas, bananas.
Tuesday – Homemade tacos using taco seasoning, Udi’s tortillas, organic tortilla chips, peaches.
Wednesday – Apricot-Glazed Chicken with Quinoa Dressing (Probably just use rice…), green beans, applesauce.
Thursday – GF pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit.
Friday – GF yeast-free pizza, salad, pineapple.
Saturday – Leftovers / YOYO (You’re on your own)
