Guest Post :: Be Careful Little Eyes What You See

I’m sure you all know that song from childhood,

Oh, be careful little eyes what you see,
Oh, be careful little eyes what you see,
For the Father up above is looking down in love,
So be careful little eyes what you see.

Be Careful Little Eyes What You See

I’m pleased to be able to have a guest spot on my friend Holly’s site, The Brown Tribe. We collaborate in a mastermind group, and also co-host the Grace & Truth Linkup along with other friends. I really admire her and her ministry, so I feel very blessed to be able to partner with her.

This post was written after I was convicted about what we watch and what we allow our boys to watch. It’s honest and raw, as I usually attempt to be an open book. I hope it encourages and challenges you.

Hop on over to read it.

I’d love to hear your thoughts, either here or over there. 🙂

Also, I wanted to mention this SUPER neat resource! Kim of Not Consumed has created another great pack, this times for parents who want their kids to be grounded in their faith. Foundations of Faith offers a Parent Guide, Youth and Junior notebooks, AND these bonuses:
~Subway art printable to remind children (and parents) of our purpose in life
~Printable labels or cards to stick near your computer, tv or other media source, reminding us to keep our hearts pure
~Media checklist for use when evaluating a movie or tv show (I absolutely LOVE this!!!)

Be on the lookout for my review of this product soon. 🙂

Oh, I also created a new printable for this post – just sign up for the newsletter to pick it up!
