Not only am I doing that 36 thing, I am doing a Decluttering challenge, and now a weightloss challenge (Biggest loser at HK). Thankfully the last two overlap with the first, or else I’d consider myself insane. 🙂
Any ideas for a real weightloss meal plan? I know my body does better with low carbs, but I’m not doing Atkins.
