Happy New Year from Busy Being Blessed! 🙂

The first of every year is a time to start fresh, new and clean. But did you know that with God, every month, every day, every hour, every minute, every second is a time to start fresh, new and clean? Every moment is refreshed as a new beginning, a clean page ready to be written. Don’t let mistakes of last year, last week, yesterday, or a few minutes ago ruin your next moment. God’s forgiveness lasts forever! Nothing you did, or can do, will change it. <3

Have a great day and a happy new year in Him!

All Things New by Steven Curtis Chapman

You spoke and made the sun rise
To light up the very first day
You breathed across the water
And started the very first wave

It was You

You introduced Your Glory
To every living creature on earth
And they started singing
The first song to ever be heard they sang for You

You make all things new
You make all things new

Then the world was broken
Fallen and battered and scarred
You took the hopeless
The life wasted, ruined and marred and made it new

You make all things new
You make all things new
You redeem and You transform
You renew and You restore

You make all things new
You make all things new
And forever we will watch
And worship You

You turn winter into spring
You take every living thing
And you breathe the breath of life into it
Over and over again

You made the sunrise
Day after day after day
But there’s a morning coming
When old things will all pass away and everyone will see

You make all things new
You make all things new
Come redeem and come transform
Come renew and restore

You make all things new
You make all things new
And forever we will watch
And worship You

Now and forever
You are making all things new
You’re making all things new

JennAbout Jenn: I’m a Christian wife to an amazing man (since 1998) and a stay-at-home-teaching mom to four special & incredible boys (born in 2004, 2005, 2007, & 2009). I’m messy and cluttered, but working on that (really, I am!). I’m a discouraged perfectionist and a classic procrastinator who probably has both ADD & Autism, so I tend to jump from topic to topic (and activity to activity) without notice. My Love Languages are Words of Affirmation and Physical Touch. I’m an INFP who enjoys friends but loves to be alone. I love getting and giving hugs, and encouragement is a Spiritual gift of mine that can too-easily be turned into the weapon of discouragement, if I’m not careful. I enjoy writing, singing, words, drawing, photography, digital creations, and reading. Oh, and pizza, tacos, and steak. Now I’m hungry. That reminds me; I eat gluten free and try to eat organic and avoid white sugar and GMOs as much as possible.  Find me on Facebook (Writer/Editor page) (Fan page), Twitter, Pinterest, or Instagram.

  1. Jenn, I FOUND you!!

Thank you SO much for your kind comment on the Serious Bloggers Only forum. Appreciated that and just had to look about and find out who you were and connect.

    Hope you don’t mind?

Love your blog, your theme and the feeling I get from it.
Not sure if you already know these ladies, but I would like to do an introduction/make a recommendation that you visit TheDeliberateMom.com and say hello to Jennifer Bly (owner).

Jennifer has an amazing group of Christian, Homeschooling moms there that I adore and if I’m right (pretty consistent 85/15 pattern here)….you’d make some great new friends there.

Stop in, tell Jennifer on any post that Jaime Buckley sent you over. She’s one fot he finest mommy bloggers I’ve ever met and a fantastic friend/principle based mom.

Look forward to reading more and getting to know you better. Signed up for your newsletter =)

God Bless and Happy New Year!!
